  1. Changing Account Name
    • Choose “Account” Menu.
    • Choose “Edit Profile”.
    • Type in your new account name in Name column.

  1. Changing Phone Number
    Phone number cannot be changed in-app. You need to visit or contact the related program merchant/corporate of the TADA card number that you own. You can also contact TADA Customer Service at [email protected] for more help.

  1. Changing Email Address
    • Choose “Account” Menu.
    • Choose “Edit Profile”.
    • Type in your new email address name in Email column.


  2. Adding / Changing / Deleting Shipping Address
  • If you have not set a shipping address and would like to add one:
    1. Choose “Account” Menu.
    2. Choose “Manage Shipping Address”
    3. Click the “+” sign on top right corner to add a new shipping address.
  • If you have set a shipping address but would like to change it:
    1. Choose “Account” Menu.
    2. Choose “Manage Shipping Address”.
    3. Click “Edit” to change your shipping address.
  • If you have set a shipping address but would like to delete it:
    1. Choose “Account” Menu.
    2. Choose “Manage Shipping Address”.
    3. Click “Delete” to delete your shipping address.

  1. Changing PIN Number
    • Choose the Image/Card on your TADA app.
    • Click the three dot icon on top right corner.
    • Click “PIN”.
    • Click “Change PIN”.
