OTP Code or One-Time Password is a verification code or dynamic password consisting of a unique and confidential 6-digit number that is usually sent via SMS or WhatsApp registered on your TADA account. This OTP code is used for verification purposes to prevent account abuse. OTP codes are usually only valid for 5 minutes.

You will not receive an OTP code if the phone or WhatsApp number registered on your account is no longer active.

Please take note of the following tips:

  1. Make sure the phone number registered on your account is correct and active.
  2. If the number is active but you do not receive an OTP code, click “Resend” or try another verification method.

Remember that OTP codes are confidential! Do not share it with anyone.
