I. How to Redeem

  1. Click “Redeem”.
  2. Click on the catalog you want, like Shopping e-Voucher, Giftcard & Voucher, Credit, etc.
  3. Choose the item you want to redeem.
  4. Set the amount.
  5. Fill in shipping data: name, e-mail address, phone number and shipping address.
  6. Choose payment method.
  7. Complete payment according to payment amount (available with TADA card balance/points or bank transfer).
  8. Make sure that you receive confirmation of order number upon completing payment.

II. How to Remove Placed Order

  1. Click cart.
  2. Click them items you want to remove.
  3. Click “-” (minus) button to remove order.

III. How to Check Order Status

  1. Click transaction history.
  2. Choose the item you want to check.
  3. Order status will be displayed on transaction detail page.

IV. How to Cancel My Order

Orders that have been completed cannot be cancelled or exchanged with other items.
