Customize Level Cycle Period for Your Loyalty Program and Other Game-Changing Improvements!

Greetings from our dedicated team! This month, we are thrilled to introduce game-changing improvements, check out what's new with our leveling scheme and learn how you can have even more power to customize your program. Our goal is to empower you with unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to provide the best and most effective loyalty program for your customers.

Make sure to mark your calendars for Wednesday, December 6th, 2023, as that's when these exciting enhancements will be unleashed. Here's a sneak peek of what awaits you:

New Custom Level Cycle Period

We're excited to announce our new function to customize the level cycle period! Previously, you could choose the level cycle to be a certain period of days, quarterly, or end on a specific date every year. Now, you have the flexibility to choose how many cycle periods you want in a year and the end dates for each period. For example, if you want the level cycle to end every semester, we can create two cycle periods — the first ending on June 30th and the second on December 31st.  This enhancement enables you to tailor your loyalty program to better suit your customers' needs, ensuring optimal customer retention.

Now, making changes to your ongoing missions is easier. Whether you're reaching out to all members or a specific list, you have the power to edit your mission activities. However, please note that the recipient type of the mission cannot be edited to avoid confusion on the members' side.

Also, you can say goodbye to empty submissions – you can now set questions in Mission Activities as required!  With this enhancement, you can ensure that your members answer all questions and provide the essential information you need. It's all about making your interactions seamless and impactful.

Shipping Vendor Removal in Shop & Virtual Franchise Program

Previously, we utilized multiple shipping vendors for our Shop and Virtual Franchise orders. However, there were some cases of extended delivery times or orders not being picked up by certain vendors. Hence why, to improve our services and elevate the customer experience, we're removing some vendors and only continue using vendors that can provide the best service delivery in a timely manner. (Applicable for Indonesia region only).

Other than that, we have also improved...

Send additional customer data via URL.  Brands can now retrieve customer data from Tada to be utilized on their websites, enhancing the omnichannel experience! It will give the ability to integrate for SSO or an auto-fill experience on your website.

Member list download display point amount in currency. Previously, if the wallet type is Point or Stamp, we only show the Pts amount without showing the cash amount. Now, you can see the cash amount. However, if you use wallet type Cash, we will not show the Pts column. This improvement aims to provide you with more visibility to make data-driven decisions.

SFTP improvement to support decimal. Previously, uploading transactions via SFTP didn't accommodate decimal amounts. Now, we've added an additional column for quantity in decimal.
