Tada Feature Releases and Improvements April 2023

Here is the update of Tada’s new feature releases and improvements this month. These features will be released on Wednesday, 5th April 2023.

Here comes another automation! We are implementing a chatbot to help us in unlocking the Scan QR feature when members get locked due to incorrect code being scanned or submitted. This automation will help to speed up the process and quickly restore access to the feature.

2. User Interface Improvement

We have made some improvement for our UI in leveling progress, payment page, and redemption function error message. These updates have resulted in much clearer and more concise messaging, which will provide a better experience for your members!

Currently, if Brands want to void transactions, it can only be done individually through Tada Partner. Now we have added a new function that allows Brands to void transactions in bulk directly from the Dashboard! Upon completion of the bulk void transactions, we will send a confirmation report to Brand's email so you can see the status of each voided transaction request.

Good news! Following the successful release of the SMS Notification Report last month,  now we are releasing the Email and WhatsApp Notification Reports. These reports enable Brands to access a detailed overview of all messages sent to their customers, including information such as the recipient's phone number, email, date and time, as well as the message content. In addition, we also added a download list feature! So Brands can download the list of notification reports based on the filters applied and we will send the excel file to your email.

5. Birthday Email Disable Options

Previously, when a Brand wanted to reward their members on their birthday, an automatic birthday email would also be sent. Now we have made an improvement by providing the option to disable the email birthday function. If a Brand wishes to disable this function, simply request it to your Client Success!
