Hey there, Friend,
Greetings from our team! This month, we are excited to introduce game-changing improvements and updates that will redefine your loyalty program experience.
These enhancements will roll out on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Here are the update details:
New Security Update: Auto-Lock for Inactive Accounts
Clear error message explaining the lock due to inactivity
To further ensure the security of your loyalty program data, we’re introducing Automatic Account Locking for inactive accounts. This update helps protect user information by automatically locking accounts that show no activity for 90 consecutive days.
Here’s what you need to know if your account is locked:
- When you attempt to log in, you’ll see a clear error message explaining the lock due to inactivity.
- To unlock your account, simply contact our Customer Loyalty Team (CLT) for prompt assistance.
To unlock your account, click ‘Contact Us’
This feature ensures that only active users have access to the platform, enhancing security while maintaining ease of use. Should you have any questions or need support, our team is always ready to assist you.
Mandatory Password Update Every 3 Months for Enhanced Security
Previously, users could continue using the default password after their first login. To further enhance account security, now users will be prompted to change their password every 3 months as mandatory to maintain security. This ensures stronger protection against unauthorized access and aligns with our improved password policy.
Here’s what you need to know about the new password requirements:
- Minimum length: 12 characters
- Character variety: Must include:
- Uppercase letters (A–Z)
- Lowercase letters (a–z)
- Numbers (0–9)
- Special characters (!, @, #, $, etc.)
- No Reuse: Users cannot reuse previously used passwords or set weak passwords that do not meet security requirements. The system will validate all new passwords to ensure compliance with the rules above.
This improvement is part of our password policy update, ensuring all users follow secure password practices with the force change password flow in place. By implementing these changes, we aim to protect your account from unauthorized access and provide you with a safer, more secure experience.
New Security Enhancement: Card Activation Code on Add Card
To strengthen financial transaction security, a two-step card validation process has been implemented for adding new cards. This update ensures only authorized users can link cards to their accounts while preventing fraudulent attempts. This feature is live as of today, March 28, 2025.
Here’s what you need to know:
Step 1: Card Number Validation
The system automatically checks the entered card number for accuracy before proceeding.
Step 2: Activation Code Validation
Once the card number is successfully validated, the process advances to activation code entry.
- Enhanced Verification: Users must then input the unique activation code associated to their card, ensuring that only the genuine cardholder can complete the addition.
- Locked Mechanism: After three incorrect attempts (card number or activation code), the system temporarily locks the account to prevent further attempts and potential abuse.
Thank you for embarking on this journey of continuous improvement with us! We're genuinely excited about these latest updates, and we hope you are too. If you have any queries or require support, feel free to contact us directly or get in touch with your Client Success team for additional assistance.
Best Regards,
