New Account Deletion Flow from Mobile App
Account deletion flow from mobile app
Previously, members could directly delete their accounts from the whitelabel app / tada wallet platform, which could lead to data loss from brand perspective. To enhance data regulation, members will need to request data deletion from the app and require an approval from brand side.
Once a deletion request is submitted, the member will remain logged in until the approval is complete. The brand can approve or reject the request from Tada dashboard and all actions are recorded for tracing if needed.

Once approved, the account, including all associated data like vouchers and membership cards, will be permanently deleted. Members will need to create a new account to continue using the program.
Our goal is to comply with the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), ensuring a clear and transparent data deletion process.
Please note that this deletion feature is currently only available for all Whitelabel App clients and brands must request access to the Deletion Request feature to Tada Client Relation Team, ensuring that not all dashboard administrators have automatic access.
New Member RFM Segmentation in Member Detail
We've transitioned from using a generic Sherlock Score to a more personalized RFM Segmentation model. This means that each brand will now have its own unique RFM segmentation parameters, tailored to your specific industry and loyalty program goals. By leveraging RFM data, we're able to provide a deeper understanding of your customers' behavior, enabling you to create more targeted and effective campaigns.
This enhancement allows you to gain better insights by providing a personalized member segmentation scheme. The RFM Segmentation is updated daily, with all transactions from today reflected in the segmentation for tomorrow, ensuring that you always have access to the most up-to-date customer information.
QR Code / Unique Code Information in Dashboard
Previously, brands couldn't verify the validity of QR code / unique codes used in their loyalty programs. Now, you can easily check the validity and associated rewards of any QR code / unique code directly from your dashboard. This update allows you to search for specific codes and take necessary actions, such as suspending or deactivating them.
If there are issues with claiming a code, you can now trace and manage it effectively. Please note that suspended codes cannot be reused, and you can temporarily deactivate a code if needed.
Store Code Information in Membership Request Approval
Now, you can directly view the store code and city associated with membership requests, which were previously unavailable. This update allows you to filter requests by store code, streamlining the approval process and significantly reducing the time and effort required.
These improvements make managing membership approvals more efficient and user-friendly for your team, enhancing your experience and operational efficiency.
