These enhancements will roll out on Wednesday, August 6, 2025. Here are the details of what’s coming:
Enable Edit Store Access via Dashboard
To streamline operations and empower your team, Tada has launched a new enhancement that allows brand users to manage store access directly from the dashboard — no more waiting or manual requests!
What's Changing?
Previously, any update to store access (such as adding or removing store visibility for dashboard users) required submitting a request to Tada's internal team.
This process followed a fixed SLA and could delay execution.
Now, brand admins can edit store access instantly and independently through the dashboard.
No request needed
No waiting period
Full control in your hands
Please note:
Superadmin users from the brand side can assign or revoke the permission to edit store access through the Manage User Permission feature, ensuring that only the right users have control over store visibility.

- Reduces dependency on Tada’s support team
- Enhances operational agility and responsiveness
- Empowers brands to take charge of access control
Resend E-Voucher from WhatsApp/SMS via Email
To ensure better voucher delivery and minimize missed messages, we’ve enhanced the resend capability on the Notification Report dashboard.
What's Changing?
Previously, e-vouchers sent via WhatsApp or SMS could only be resent through the same channel. This limited flexibility in cases where end users did not receive the voucher via their initial platform.
Now, brands can resend e-vouchers originally sent via WhatsApp or SMS to email giving you more control and flexibility in handling delivery issues.
How It Works:
- Go to the Notification Report page
- Select messages with type send e-voucher that were originally sent via WhatsApp or SMS
- Choose to resend via email
- Resend can be done individually or via bulk action
- For bulk resend, all selected e-voucher messages must share the same recipient phone number. For example, you cannot resend to multiple users at once if their phone numbers are different.

Please note:
- This enhancement applies only to messages with type: e-voucher
- Other message types are not eligible for resend via email
- Bulk resend from WhatsApp/SMS to email is only available if the recipient phone numbers are the same
- Please note that each resend via email will deduct from your deposit balance, similar to other voucher sends.

- Helps address user cases where messages fail via SMS or WA
- Reduces dependency on a single channel
- Gives brands more agility in managing reward fulfillment
Validate Device Pairing on Whitelabel App from Login page
To enhance security and optimize the login experience, we’ve improved the way device pairing validation works on the Whitelabel App.
Before:
Previously, device pairing validation occurred after the OTP submission step. This meant that even if a phone number/email was already paired with another device, users would still receive an OTP and might proceed to the registration page before seeing a generic error message.
Now:
Validation now happens immediately at the login page when the user inputs their phone number or email.
If the system detects that the credentials are already paired with a different device, a clear error message is displayed upfront — preventing unnecessary OTP requests and helping users understand the issue right away.
Benefits:
- Reduces unnecessary OTP sends
- Improves user clarity with clear error prompts
- Strengthens account protection by blocking ineligible login attempts earlier in the flow
This update ensures a more secure, efficient, and user-friendly login process for your app users.
