Here is the update of Tada’s new feature releases and improvements. These features will be released on Wednesday, 7th December 2022.
1. Improvement in Transaction Detail's History
Now we’ve added rewards/bonus information in the transaction detail for each transaction that receives an additional bonus/reward. Therefore, the member will be able to see the total rewards that they get, including the bonus/reward.
2. Improvement for Mission Activity Notifications
Previously, when a mission is approved/rejected, it won’t display the reasons that the Brand has submitted from the Dashboard. To make it clear to members, we have made an improvement so the notifications sent to members also show the reason of the approval/rejection from the Brand.

3. New Live Chat Feature on Dashboard
Previously we used WhatsApp for all complaint handling related to the Dashboard. But now we are launching a new live chat feature, so it is easier for you to report issues and track your complaint tickets while our team can monitor and address them more effectively.
Your customers submitted wrong answers? Don't worry. Now the Brand can change the survey privilege answers that have been submitted by customers. In addition, you can add notes for each submission that will be approved or rejected.
Previously we only had two statuses for withdrawal orders, “Pending” and “Approved”. But now we are adding “Paid” status to indicate the orders that have been paid. You can change the order status from the Dashboard after you have made the payment. So now it is clearer for both members and the Brand side if the order has been paid along with showing the payment date.
Now Brands don’t have to contact our CLT anymore to change their member's data because we have a new function where you can change member's data directly via our Dashboard. It is currently available for all data, except for email and phone number.
7. Protect Your Members & e-Vouchers' Data in the Dashboard
We understand the importance of your members’ data privacy and confidentiality. Hence we are releasing a new improvement that will mask both member (name, phone number, email) and e-vouchers (voucher code and number) data. But don't worry, you can opt to have them shown by simply requesting to your Client Representative to unmask the member data, e-voucher data, or both!

Previously, we could only set static rewards for survey privileges. This means that each customer who fills out the survey will get the same reward. But now we have a new feature, so each survey submission by members can have different rewards. Instead of setting the reward while creating the survey, Brands can set the reward options for each submission from the Dashboard before approving/rejecting the submission. So each customer can have different rewards for the same survey.
9. Improvement for Member List Download Data
In order to improve the performance of member report downloads, for data with over 100 columns, the system will generate batch of files every 20,000 rows.
