Smarter Bonus Rewards, Improved Process and More!

Greetings from our team! This month, we are thrilled to introduce game-changing improvements and updates that will redefine your loyalty program experience.

These enhancements will roll out on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. Here are the update details:


Smarter Bonus Rewards with Enhanced Validation



To help you optimize Bonus Rewards creation, we’ve added a powerful validation process to ensure rewards align with the appropriate transaction types. This enhancement ensures your bonus rewards are always on point, increasing the effectiveness of your loyalty program.


Here’s the breakdown:

  • Transaction Type Validation – When creating bonus rewards through the Earning Configuration menu, the system now automatically checks if the reward matches the correct transaction type criteria, removing any guesswork.
  • Better Accuracy, Better Targeting – Only rewards that meet the correct transaction type criteria will be created, ensuring they are distributed to the right users based on specific loyalty activities.

Update Row Information in Member List Download File



We’re making it easier for you to manage your balance and access accurate financial insights with an update to your dashboard. Designed especially for merchants using Balance, this enhancement ensures you have the information you need, both online and offline. With these improvements, you’ll gain more control over your financial data, making balance tracking smoother and more efficient than ever before.


If you’re using Balance, here’s what’s coming your way:

  • Converted Balance in Your Dashboard - Merchants with conversion rates other than 1:1 previously faced difficulty in viewing the actual converted value of their balance. Now, the Converted Balance will be displayed right next to your balance, offering you clear and accurate data without the need for manual calculations.
  • Converted Balance in Member List Exports When downloading the Member List, you’ll now see a new column labeled "Converted Balance." This ensures you have consistent, reliable data both on the dashboard and in your exported files.

Improved Member Deletion Process from Member Detail



Previously, deleting a member from the Member Detail page would remove all cards linked to the same program, making it impossible to access other cards within the program. With this latest improvement, when you delete a member, only the selected card’s data will be removed, while other cards in the same program remain active and accessible.


Here’s what’s new with this update:

  • More Control Over Card Deletion – Only the specific card’s data will be deleted, leaving other cards in the same program intact and accessible.
  • Updated History Log – The deletion will now be recorded only in the Member Detail History Log for the card being deleted, keeping your data organized.
  • Deletion Request Visibility – The deletion won’t appear in the List Deletion Request unless it’s initiated directly from the Member side.

This improvement ensures a more precise and smoother process, helping you manage member data more efficiently while keeping everything organized.


New Security Feature: 2FA for Tada Partner



We’re excited to introduce Email-Based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to enhance the protection of your Tada Partner account. This update ensures that only authorized users can access your account, adding an extra layer of security to your login process.


What’s new?

  • When logging into the Tada Partner app or web, you’ll now be prompted to verify your identity by entering a 6-digit OTP, which will be sent to your registered email address. This extra step provides an added layer of protection, ensuring your account remains secure.
  • The OTP entry process is simple and quick, ensuring a seamless experience. There are retry options, but with clear limits in place to ensure your account remains secure.
  • Additionally, retry options are available, but with clear limits to maintain the integrity of your account’s security.

This feature will be mandatory for all logins starting February 17, 2025. Please ensure your registered email is accessible to receive the OTP. Additionally, please keep the following in mind:

  • You can enter the OTP incorrectly up to 3 times. If you exceed this limit, your account will be locked for 24 hours from the time of the lock.
  • You are allowed to request an OTP up to 3 times per day, with a maximum of 2 resends. Once this limit is reached, you will not be able to request a new OTP for 24 hours from your last attempt.
