Tada Feature Releases and Improvements January 2023

Introducing our very own WhatsApp chatbot to help with OTP and unlocking devices, scan to earn using barcode, bulk top up in Dashboard using email, and other improvements. Check out here!

Hi Friends!

Here is the update of Tada’s new feature releases and improvements. These features will be released on Wednesday, 11th January 2023.

Previously, if members had difficulty receiving a verification code, they would need to contact our CLT team and wait for them to manually share the OTP via WhatsApp. This process could take longer than 4 minutes, during which time the verification code would expire. To improve this experience, we have added a new feature that allows members to request the verification code with a button called "Contact Us to Get OTP," which will automatically open a WhatsApp message to our chatbot. The chatbot will receive the request and immediately send the OTP, eliminating the need for manual intervention.

In the past, if a member needed to unlock their device due to an incorrect PIN or OTP, they would have to contact our CLT team to have it unlocked manually. But now, our chatbot can help! Members can simply click the WhatsApp button and send a prefilled message to the chatbot, which will then handle the rest.

3. Limit Country Code for Members’ Registration

To protect against fraudulent activity from overseas, we have implemented a validation feature that limits certain country codes from registering for our program. You can request our Client Success team if you want to add/adjust the list of country codes allowed to join your program. By default, only the country code of your origin is permitted to join. Psstt.. this can also saves OTP cost for you!

A power-up for our Scan to Earn feature in Android and iOS! We now support barcodes in addition to the QR code, so this will give our clients more flexibility when using the Scan to Earn feature.

5. Check PLN Prepaid Information

Hold your horses, members! Now we have added a confirmation page after the meter number is inputted so you can check on the registered name, and fees/power displayed before completing the purchase. Kindly confirm it so we are good to go.

6. e-Voucher Link Redemption Flow Improvement

Previously, the e-voucher code was immediately displayed. Now, members must click the "Use e-Voucher" button first, and the voucher code will be displayed on a pop-up page.

We are upgrading the history transaction detail through a simple and structured design to deliver the utmost experience for you. The upgrades will clearly display all transactions and highlight important information.

We want to make sure your order is well-insured should there be any issues during delivery. However, our shipping vendor has a limit of IDR 200,000,000 per order for guaranteed item value. Hence why we are also implementing a maximum amount in 1 order transaction to IDR 200.000.000 to ensure all of your orders are safely insured!

Previously, when customers redeemed pulsa or e-wallets, our system did not display the recipient's phone number, and when customers redeemed e-vouchers, it did not display the voucher link. We have now added these displays to the order & redemption menu: when redeeming pulsa or e-wallets, the recipient number will be shown, and when redeeming e-vouchers, the voucher link will be displayed on the order & redemption menu.

We are now offering a bulk top-up feature using emails! This feature is only available to merchants who use email as the primary identifier. Merchants who use phone numbers as the primary identifier can still perform bulk top-ups using the customer's phone number or card number.

11. Real Time Member List in Dashboard

We hear you! We understand that waiting 24 hours for member list data to be updated can be frustrating. So now, we have improved our Dashboard and there would be no more delay data in our member list because all data on the member list is updated in real-time!
