We're kicking off the new year by introducing our latest product designed to elevate your support initiatives and contribute to your success. Meet Tadakado, a universal e-voucher perfect for various occasions, available in both digital and physical formats for sending to clients, colleagues, employees, and more.
These e-vouchers can be later redeemed in Tada's rewards catalog, offering a selection of 1,000 items across categories like e-wallets, shopping vouchers, and gadget. What's more, Tadakado e-voucher recipients can use their balance for QRIS payments at any merchant across Indonesia.

Lock Level for Specific Member
With this new feature, you can effortlessly request to keep specific members at a certain tier/level. It allows you to lock exclusive members at a specific level, ensuring they only see content relevant to them on the merchant's end.

Monitor Your Bonus Reward Campaign Performance on the Dashboard
No more limitations during active bonus rewards campaigns; you can now effortlessly search bonus reward campaign transactions and extract pinpoint data directly from the dashboard, thanks to the Bonus Rewards feature.
This update addresses the pain point of limited accessibility, providing a streamlined way for you to stay on top of your rewards transactions. It's important to note that you can only search bonus reward campaign transactions from August 2023 onward.
Flexible Conversion Criteria for Your Earning Configuration via Bulk Topup
Before, you couldn't set special rules for doing a bunch of top-ups from the dashboard. But hey, we fixed that! Now, you can dive into higher complexity, setting all sorts of criteria for bulk top-ups, which means more possibilities for point conversions.
With this update, now can go all out with limitless criteria settings for bulk top-ups via the Dashboard. This feature is available for any integration client eager to spice up their top-up game with more complex criteria.
Supporting Decimal Quantity in Bulk Topup
In the past, our rewards calculations for top-up transactions only accommodated round numbers without decimals. But now, we're thrilled to announce a significant enhancement; we proudly support decimal quantities; up to two decimal places. This enhancement guarantees more precise rewards calculations, particularly benefiting brands with SKU-based conversions.
