A new improvement in the transaction feature now enhances your ability to track reward submissions more effectively. Previously, transactions from both Card Transactions and E-Voucher Transactions related to reward submissions could not be linked back to their specific submissions, making monitoring challenging for brand admins.
With this update, the Submission ID now appears directly in the "Bill Number" column for relevant transaction types, such as Perks Reward Wallet or Perks Reward Balance for Card Transactions, and Perks Rewards for E-Voucher Transactions. This Submission ID is clickable, leading you to the detailed submission information, allowing you to easily trace the origins of these transactions.
This enhancement simplifies the tracking process, providing you with a clearer and more efficient way to monitor reward-based transactions and maintain accurate records.
Tailored Question Display for Multi-Stage Registration Forms
You can now enjoy greater control over your registration process with our latest improvement. Previously, all questions in your registration forms appeared in both the initial sign-up and the edit profile stages. Now, you have the flexibility to choose which questions appear only during the profile editing phase.
This enhancement simplifies the initial onboarding journey, helping to increase customer acquisition by making the sign-up process for your membership program more straightforward. Seamless CRM Integration with Dynamic ReferenceID URLs
We are excited to introduce a new feature designed to enhance your ability to personalize and track customer interactions through the use of unique referenceId parameters in your white-label URLs.
Picture this: each staff member in your store has a unique QR code or URL, complete with their individual referenceId (e.g.,mybrand.id?referenceId=staff123). When a customer scans the code, the referenceId automatically attaches to the URL, enabling your CRM to pinpoint which staff member assisted the customer.
This streamlined tracking system provides you with invaluable insights into staff performance and customer preferences, fostering more personalized customer experiences and boosting engagement.
