Greetings from our dedicated team! This month, we are thrilled to introduce game-changing improvements, with a particular focus on our Dashboard. Our goal is to empower you with unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to tailor your loyalty program precisely to your customers' preferences.

Make sure to mark your calendars for Wednesday, July 5th, 2023, as that's when these exciting enhancements will be unleashed. Here's a sneak peek of what awaits you:

With our new Bonus Rewards menu, you now have the ability to set up reward schemes and establish criteria based on your specific business needs. Looking to boost sales in certain stores? Create bonus rewards that offer discount vouchers for purchases made at those stores. Want to incentivize and reward your members? Designate a member's day and provide double points for any purchases made on that day. All of this can now be effortlessly configured within our Dashboard!

Psst.. having bonus rewards is not a new feature. Previously it can only be set up by our team with 2-day SLA. But who's got time for that? Now you can set it up yourself and have it up and running in minutes!

This new Dine-in and Delivery improvement allows your brand to have more varieties to your menus hassle-free! You can create item variants with additional prices (or free, up to you!) for the menus and set it as optional/mandatory. This enhanced flexibility allows your customers to customize their orders and choose from enticing add-ons, while providing you with increased opportunities to upsell your menu items.

Aside from that, we've also improved...🤓

Our transaction detail page now displays transparent tax details, providing complete clarity when charging customers. Additionally, OTPs sent via WhatsApp now include a convenient 'Copy Code' button, making it effortless for customers to copy their codes. Furthermore, the transaction history page for complimentary rewards transactions now display notes from the Brand, ensuring personalized interactions.

And say goodbye to random strings of characters and welcome our new and improved e-voucher generation reference numbers in Deposit Balance! Our new reference numbers consist of the e-voucher's generation method, name, time stamp, and a unique 4-digit identifier making it easier to read and more informative.

Those are some of the significant changes, but we've also worked on our UI/UX to give your members the best experience in using your loyalty program. Notably, we have improved our checkout page to display calculated fees with utmost clarity. Additionally, we have implemented a feature eligibility check for our Scan to Earn functionality, resulting in a more seamless customer journey!
