Now, your program members will automatically receive a WhatsApp message confirming that their points have been added to their account after you successfully top it up through Dashboard.
This update applies seamlessly to all brands that integrate with our system, so your members will receive these helpful notifications automatically.
Keeping Members in the Loop: Survey Feedback Updates
We've got a great update to make sure your members feel heard! Our system now automatically sends a WhatsApp message to your program members, informing them whether their survey submission has been approved or rejected.

Regardless of the outcome, members will see the reasons why their submission was approved or not. This way, they'll always be in the loop and fully informed about their survey submission.

Limit Number of Members Added for Each Store
This update is perfect for brands with exclusive membership programs or limited-time activations. Before this update, you couldn't limit the number of member activations from a store. Now, you can easily control and limit how many members can activate from a store or a specific merchant link.
This improvement allows you offer limited quota rewards through specific merchant links, creating a sense of urgency for potential members. Once the quota is reached, you have the flexibility to either send the membership activations to the membership request section or reject the member activation process entirely.
