2FA for Tada Partner Login

Greetings from our team! Following the product release email we shared two weeks ago, we’re excited to bring you one more important update.

This new enhancement will go live on Monday, June 16, 2025, and is designed to further improve your experience and strengthen your program. Here’s what’s coming:


Strengthening Your Security: 2FA Coming Soon to Tada Partner Login!

Your account security matters and we're enhancing it further. Starting June 16, 2025, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will be officially enabled for all Tada Partner logins.


Why 2FA?


2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) adds an extra layer of protection to your account. Even if someone manages to get your store code and password, they still won’t be able to access your account without the OTP sent to your registered store code email.


This helps:

  • Prevent unauthorized access
  • Protect sensitive business data
  • Ensure only verified users can log in

What's New?



Input OTP for Tada Partner Web


Each time you log in to Tada Partner, you’ll be required to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your store code email. This adds an extra layer of protection to keep your account safe.


Good to know


As long as you stay logged in, you won’t be asked for the OTP again. This step only applies once per login session.


Key Security Enhancements:


  • 2FA OTP will be required every time you log in to ensure it's really you.
  • Too Many Attempts? Entering the wrong username, password, or OTP 3 times in a row will result in your store code being temporarily locked.
  • Need Assistance? If your store code is locked, please contact Tada’s Customer Loyalty Team (CLT) to request an unlock.

This update is designed to give you stronger protection and peace of mind when accessing your account.
