New Status Label: "Requesting" on WhatsApp Notification Report
We’ve added a new status label to help you better track your WhatsApp notification flow. Now You will see a new “Requesting” on the Notifications Report Dashboard for WhatsApp messages.
What It Means
When you see the status “Requesting”, it indicates that the message is currently being requested to the vendor and is in the process of being prepared for delivery to the end user.
This update provides better visibility into the delivery journey of each message, helping you monitor notification statuses more clearly.
Introducing Brand New UI for Our Web and App!
