New Redemption Journey for Tadakado, Custom QR Code Generation, and More!

Can you believe it's already March? Time flies! This month, we've got some exciting updates coming your way that will redefine your loyalty program experience.

Be sure to save the date for Wednesday, March 6th, 2024, because that's when all the magic happens. Here's a sneak peek of what you can expect:


New and Easier Redemption Journey for Tadakado


Before, getting your Tadakado balance meant going through a bit of a process: visiting the website, manually typing in codes, and logging in. But now, it's much simpler.

With our latest improvement, users can simply scan the code on their Tadakado physical voucher or click on the link provided to be instantly redirected to our WhatsApp Chatbot. This Chatbot takes care of everything, processing your request to claim points and automatically logging you in to access all the redemption features hassle-free.


Tadakado physical voucher users can simply scan the QR Code on the back and they'll be directed straight to the Chatbot with pre-filled details to get the balance.

And for Tadakado digital, users will be directed through Tada’s microsite first and then seamlessly switch to the WhatsApp Chatbot with pre-filled text.

Find Transactions Easily: Search by Bill Number!



Earlier, you could only search for transactions using the transaction ID. But now, we've made it even easier for you! You can search for a specific transaction using the Bill Number/ QR Code stored on our side.

A bill number is a unique identifier assigned to each transaction to streamline reconciliation and track invoices.

We know it can be frustrating when you can't find the transaction you're looking for quickly. That's why we've made this change – to improve your experience exploring our dashboard and make it simpler for you to reconcile your transactions.


Custom Prefixes for QR Code Generation


Before, if you used a QR unique code, you could only customize the first two prefixes. But now, we're thrilled to announce that you can customize all three prefix characters for batch generation.

This code generation is randomized with no pattern, so you can expect random codes following three custom prefixes that you set. For safety reason, we'll also limit the access to see those codes to prevent any unauthorized codes generation.

To give you a clearer picture, here's an example of how a custom QR unique code might look:

  • Brand Code: UG
  • Batch 1: BT1 ( Can be customized / auto generated and will be the same for 1 batch)
  • Remaining digit will be random generated and unique

Examples of custom QR unique codes that will be randomly generated:

  • UGBT1CHNFNBA7
  • UGBT1I7ENMBAJ

Approve / Reject Mission Submissions Even After It Has Expired


In the past, once a mission expired, you couldn't approve or reject any submissions. But now, we've made it possible for you to review mission submissions even after the mission has ended. This gives you more flexibility when it comes to disbursing rewards for completed missions.

We know it can be tricky to manage mission submissions, especially if you need more time to review them after the mission ends. With this improvement, you can now easily review and manage mission submissions even after the mission expiration date.


Get Tada Dashboard Guideline Easily



Previously, the guideline button wasn't very visible from the dashboard. But now, you can easily spot the guideline button and explore step-by-step instructions on how to use our dashboard features. Our goal is to make it easier for you to learn about our features independently and feel more confident using the platform.
