Hey there, Friend,
Greetings from our team! This month, we are excited to introduce game-changing improvements and updates that will redefine your loyalty program experience.
These enhancements will roll out on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. Here are the update details:
Improved Validation for Custom Rewards
Previously, when creating Custom Rewards, you could proceed without setting any specific criteria. Now, to ensure a more structured and accurate reward system, you must specify a transaction type when creating Custom Rewards.
This enhancement ensures consistency across the platform and gives you more control over how rewards are granted. With this update, a reward will only be triggered if it meets the defined transaction type criteria, guaranteeing that rewards are issued correctly based on your intended conditions.
With this update, you gain better oversight of how rewards are granted, reducing errors and improving the overall experience for your loyalty program participants.
Easily Manage Store Access for Top Up and Tada Partner from the Dashboard
We’ve added more flexibility to store and terminal creation on the dashboard with two new configuration options!
Previously, when creating a store or terminal, you couldn’t specify whether top-up was allowed or if the terminal could access the Tada Partner Platform. Now, with this update, you can configure these settings directly from the dashboard, giving you more control over your operations.
Here’s what’s new:
- Allow Top-Up Points: Enable or disable the ability to top up points for each store or terminal.
- Allow Tada Partner Platform Access: Grant or restrict access to the Tada Partner Platform.
Important note: If Tada Partner Platform access is enabled, you’ll need to provide a verification email. This email will be used to send an OTP for secure login authentication to the Tada Partner Platform.
This enhancement empowers you to customize store and terminal settings with ease, ensuring smoother operations and enhanced security.
Now You Can See the Reason Behind Failed Transactions
Managing transactions is now more transparent. You can now see the exact reason for failed transactions directly in the transaction details, helping you quickly identify and resolve issues.
Here’s what’s changed: Previously, if a transaction failed, the details didn’t display the specific reason for the failure, which could leave you unsure about what went wrong. With this update, the exact reason of the failure will be clearly displayed in the transaction details, helping you quickly identify and resolve issues.
This improvement enhances your transaction management experience, reducing guesswork and making troubleshooting more efficient.
Thank you for embarking on this journey of continuous improvement with us! We're genuinely excited about these latest updates, and we hope you are too.
