Tada Feature Releases and Improvements May 2023

Here is the update of Tada’s new feature releases and improvements this month. These features will be released on Wednesday, 10th May 2023.

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our newest feature, "Scan QRIS"! This amazing feature allows your members to utilize their loyalty points as a payment by using QRIS, granting them access to over 28 million merchants all across Indonesia. This feature will greatly enhance your members' engagement as it encourages them to accumulate and utilize points, resulting in increased retention rates! (available for Indonesian region only)

We have revamped our Claim Points feature into Claim Rewards! With this new feature, members of brands integrated with Jubelio can now effortlessly claim rewards for their purchases made at Shopee, Tokopedia, Alfamart, Alfamidi, and Lawson. This is our way to support in response to Tokopedia and Shopee masking their users’ phone numbers to comply with the PPI regulations. With this new feature, members can still receive their rewards by simply inputting their transaction number and the total payment amount. (available for Indonesian region only)

3. UI/UX Improvement for App

We understand the importance of a seamless user interface in delivering an exceptional user experience for your members. Therefore, we consistently strive to enhance it! This time we are improving our e-wallet redemption experience and adding a phone country code prefix for inputting phone numbers in registration forms or surveys.

4. Waiting Information for Campaign Analytics Dashboard

Campaign analytics are now available 24 hours after the campaign is created. Previously, if you attempted to access campaign analytics before the 24-hour mark, the data would show as 0, which could be misleading and potentially confusing. To eliminate any confusion, we’ve added a waiting page that will inform you to wait before the analytics are available.

5. Card Transaction Relation with Orders & Redemption Dashboard

Are you having trouble locating your card redemption transactions from the order redemption menu? No need to worry, now we display the order number on the card transaction dashboard menu if the redemption generated the orders. If a redemption/wallet redemption transaction is related to an order, the system will automatically display the order number in the bill number column on the card transaction menu.

6. Deposit Balance Refund History Improvement

Previously, if an error occurred during a transaction and the order was not created, a deduction in the deposit balance was still generated with a refund. However, this could lead to confusion, as the order could not be found in the Orders & Redemptions section. So now we are making an improvement! If an error occurred and the order is not created, it won’t affect the deposit balance list.

The deduct and refund history is only for order that is created so it can be reconciled with the Orders&Redemptions
