API Integration for User ID as Unique Identifier
This is a big improvement for B2B clients who often store distributor names instead of member phone numbers. No need to worry about missing phone numbers anymore!
Previously, you couldn't use User ID to identify users within the API. But now, you can use User ID as a unique identifier for several API interactions.
By allowing User ID as a unique identifier, we're making it easier to integrate your system with ours for these specific features:

- Add Member

- Estimate Reward

- Request and Validate OTP
Great News for Integration Clients: Differentiate Deposit Buckets
for One Brand!
Now, you can create separate deposit buckets for different campaigns on your platform, even if they're all under the same merchant.
This means no more splitting merchants just to allocate budget for different campaigns. Previously, doing so hid all the deposits from the brand's overall view. But with this update, you can keep things organized and see everything in one place.
Simply include the "depositBucket" key in your API Create Order request and set the value on your dashboard by configuring the deposit bucket name. There's also a default "Non-redemption bucket" for any campaigns without a specific bucket assigned.
This update empowers you to run multiple campaigns under one merchant and see all deposits in one convenient dashboard view. Now, keeping track of your campaigns has never been easier!
Update Data Definition on Insights and Member Summary
Before, there might have been discrepancies between the member count in Insights and the number of active members. Also, the gender breakdown in Member Summary could differ from the cardholder count in the Member List.
Here's the good news!
To ensure a more accurate picture, the member count in Insights now reflects the member's activation date, emphasizing their onboarding date for enhanced clarity. Furthermore, the Gender Summary now uses card numbers to count members, guaranteeing perfect alignment with the Member List data. For even more clarity, we've also added a helpful tooltip to the Gender Summary.
These improvements make it easier to compare information between Insights and Member Summary. Now you can see a bigger picture of your members with more confidence!
