Scantrust Integration for QR Code Scanning-Based Rewards
We’re pleased to share that we’ve officially integrated with Scantrust, enabling seamless QR code-based loyalty programs. With this new capability:
- Each QR code printed on your product packaging can now be authenticated and matched to the exact SKU from the Scantrust system; ensuring productlevel accuracy.
- Users can earn rewards based on the specific item scanned, creating a direct and transparent incentive mechanism.
- Through integration with our WhatsApp chatbot, users simply upload a photo of the QR code found on their purchased product. The system automatically processes the image and allocates rewards based on the client’s predefined loyalty rules.
This feature enables a secure, scalable, and user-friendly reward experience. With this integration, we can support any client using Scantrust to generate unique QR codes per product, expanding our ability to deliver seamless and secure reward programs at scale.
New Way to Share Feedback on Dashboard!
We’re always working to enhance your experience, and your feedback plays a big role in shaping the improvements we make. That’s why we’ve introduced a new and more seamless way for you to share your thoughts directly from the dashboard.
What’s New?
You’ll now see a smaller floating feedback button on your dashboard that’s easy to access and doesn’t get in the way of your workflow. Unlike before, the button will stay visible until you submit your feedback; so you can share your thoughts anytime within the 3-month period.
How It Works
Simply click the floating button, no need to navigate elsewhere. This improvement makes it easier for you to provide feedback without interruptions.
New Security Alert: Email Notification for Login on a New Browser
Your account security remains our top priority. To give you greater visibility and control, we’ve introduced a new security feature designed to keep you informed of any unusual activity.
What’s New?
From now on, you will automatically receive an email notification whenever your account is accessed from a different browser. This added layer of protection allows you to quickly identify any unfamiliar login attempts and confirm that your account is only being used by you.
If you receive a notification that doesn't match your activity, please contact our support team right away so we can help secure your account.
Improved Campaign Info Display; Now with Helpful Tooltips!
We’ve made it easier for you to understand your campaign performance at a glance.
What’s New?
You’ll now see helpful tooltips added to each metric column in the Campaign History list to provide clear definitions and data sources behind every number you see. No more guessing; simply hover over the (i) icon next to each metric to get instant explanations.
This update aims to reduce confusion and give you better insights into your campaign performance.
