We’re thrilled to unveil a new feature designed to make your user redemption experience more exciting and uniquely tailored to your user; introducing our AI-Powered Personalized Catalog Redemption Recommendations!
Our advanced recommendation system uses AI to bring you curated suggestions based on your user preferences, past purchases, and favorite redemption item from your program. This means your user will see the most relevant items and rewards, all selected with your user interests in mind!
Here’s how we tailor recommendations just for your user:
- Personalized Picks Based on Purchase History: Get recommendations that reflect your user style and interests, directly informed by your user past purchases.
- Similar Categories, Fresh Finds: Love a certain category? Our AI detects your preferences and suggests the latest and best items in categories your user explore most.
- Top Redemption Items from Your Program: Discover popular items your user will enjoy, based on what others with similar tastes have loved and rated highly.

Gain Insight into Your Members' Expiring Points
Member list with upcoming expired balance
Previously, brands needed to request point expiry information from our team, as direct access wasn’t available. Now, you can open the Point Expiry Report independently to check the total points set to expire within a specific timeframe; no manual requests required.
This enhancement allows for seamless tracking of upcoming point expirations, making it easier to take timely action and engage members before their points expire. Updated daily with a one-day delay, the report provides proactive insight into upcoming expirations, helping you create a smooth, rewarding experience that enhances member loyalty and strengthens your program.
New Campaign Mechanism
Before, campaign could only be given to a fixed list of recipients when the campaign was created. Now, you can choose whether the campaign apply only to existing members or to both existing and new members.
With this new option, you can set certain criteria when creating campaign. This allows new members who meet the criteria to receive perks as they join.
As a result, your list of eligible recipients can grow over time, helping your campaign reach more people and benefit your expanding member base.
Access Members' RFM Segmentation from the Member List Download

You can now easily access RFM segmentation data for your members with this new improvement.
Before, RFM segmentation could only be viewed from the Member Detail page. Now, you can download the entire members list and easily find the RFM segmentation for each member.
This improvement provides a more efficient way to review and analyze member data, enabling you to better tailor your campaigns and engage with members based on their behaviors and interactions.
Appearance Target & Achievements
The Target & Achievements feature was previously integrated within the Dashboard without options for customization or being displayed as a separate menu. With the latest update, you now can fully customize the Target & Achievements section by adjusting both the icon and the menu name on the White Label Web or App.
Delete Member through API Integration
We are excited to announce the release of the Delete Member API, created to provide administrators and authorized users with enhanced control over managing member accounts. This API endpoint enables the smooth and secure removal of members from the database, streamlining account management and ensuring data integrity.
