We're excited to introduce another game-changing update! Say goodbye to one-way points with our new "Transfer Points" feature. Now, members have the ability to both send and receive points, making your program more dynamic and engaging. This feature can be used in employee engagement programs, allowing managers to reward their staff, or in loyalty programs, enabling members to gift their friends with points. Members can even add notes for appreciation, thank you notes, or sending love. But that's not all – your brand can also define the eligible wallets for these transactions, ensuring control and security.

Customized expiry date in bulk top up feature. Now you are able to set different expiry dates for each top up transaction during bulk upload by filling in the "Expiry Date" column in the file template.

Tax fee. You now can choose to separate the tax fee component in checkout page or include the tax amount to item price and other fees for a more seamless check-out journey for your customers.

Improvement in privilege submission download. We have recently released new raw format report file for member list and transaction report. Now we also released it for privilege submission report to provide a seamless extraction process for handling large volumes of data.

Additional Subscription Status Information in Member List Download Report. The raw format will include a new column to indicate the member's subscription status, providing brands with clear visibility into whether the member is an active subscriber.

Proof of Delivery in API Order Detail
Exciting news for our valued catalog integration clients! We are thrilled to announce that you can now easily access the Proof of Delivery (POD) for physical item orders that are using internal courier through our Order Detail API response – whereas currently it's only available for orders that are using SAP and JNE courier. This means you can provide your customers with solid proof of their deliveries, fostering a sense of trust and ensuring smoother transactions.

Added Phone Number Validation for API OTP Request, API SSO & Topup by Phone
We are implementing a new feature to validate phone numbers for both landlines and invalid mobile numbers in the OTP Request. This enhancement aims to prevent unnecessary SMS delivery and reduce communication costs for our clients. If a landline or invalid mobile number is provided in the request body, a 400 error message will be returned. To fully support this improvement, we highly encourage clients to also implement the same validation on their front-end.
