Greetings from our team! We’re excited to introduce another enhancement following our previous update; an improvement designed for the Tada Wallet app.
This enhancement will roll out on Monday, October 20, 2025. Here's the details of what’s coming:
Strengthen Your Tada Wallet Security with Device & Number Pairing
To enhance security and optimize the login experience, we’ve implemented the way device pairing validation works on Tada Wallet. When you log in to Tada Wallet on a device, that device will be paired with your phone number. Any login attempt using another phone number on the same device will be validated to prevent unusual activity and protect your account from misuse.
Before:
Device pairing validation was not yet available in Tada Wallet. Users could attempt to log in on multiple devices without upfront detection, which created potential risks.
Now:
- Device pairing validation happens immediately at the login page when the user inputs their phone number or email.
- If the system detects that the credentials are already paired with another device, a clear error message is displayed upfront, preventing unnecessary OTP requests and giving users immediate clarity.
Benefits:
- Prevents unauthorized account access by detecting multiple device usage early.
- Reduces unnecessary OTP sends.
- Improves clarity with upfront validation.
- Protects sensitive data, rewards, and accounts with stronger security.
