These enhancements will roll out on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Here are the details of what’s coming:
Claim Rewards from Your Transactions in TikTok and Tokopedia
Now, clients can enable Claim Rewards from TikTok Shop and Tokopedia purchases, allowing completed transactions to be converted directly into loyalty points. This helps brands capture engagement from marketplace sales and reward members instantly.

How It Works
- Open the app and go to the Claim Rewards menu.
- Select TikTok Shop or Tokopedia.
- Enter your Transaction Number.
- A built-in guideline is available to help members locate the correct number on TikTok Shop or Tokopedia.
- Submit the transaction number and receive the rewards!
Key Feature Capabilities
- Only COMPLETED orders are eligible for claims.
- Conversion is based on the actual paid amount by the member.
- Clients can define SKU-based reward disbursement rules.
- Transactions can only be claimed 30 days after the paid date.
- Clients must have an active registration in TikTok Shop Partner Center.
Simple Setup
- Share your TikTok or Tokopedia Store Code and our internal team will then share a registration link to connect your TikTok Shop Partner Center account.
- Log in and authorize the connection so our system can sync with your store.
- Once confirmed by our internal team, you can enable the feature from your Dashboard to make it available on WLW/WLA.
1 QR Code to Incentivize Multi Sales Channel
A smarter way to run multiple loyalty programs with one QR code
Background
Previously, a QR code for loyalty rewards could only be scanned once by a member. This limited flexibility and made it hard for brands that run multiple programs with different target audiences, since members couldn’t scan the same QR across programs in the same merchant to earn rewards.
What’s Changing?
Now, QR codes can be configured for multiple scans across different programs in the same merchant.
This means one QR can serve multiple loyalty programs in the same merchant, each rewarding members based on the program they belong to.
Beyond loyalty, this gameplay can also be applied to track and map product supply chains, allowing brands to gain better visibility over product distribution and authenticity.
How It Works (Loyalty Use Case)
- A brand launches multiple loyalty programs at the same merchant (e.g., consumer cashback, retailer incentives, distributor rewards).
- Each users on each program scan the QR code displayed on the product.
- The system validates the scan and assigns it to the relevant program based on eligibility.
- Each participant (consumer, retailer, distributor) earns rewards tied to their program.
- Brands monitor scan data, member activity, and program performance in real time via the Tada dashboard.
How It Works (Supply Chain Use Case)
- Distributor Program: Distributor scans the QR when receiving stock and receives a reward for the distributor → scan logged in system.
- Retailer Program: Retailer scans the same QR when stocking shelves and receives a reward for the retailer → scan logged in system.
- Consumer Program: End-user scans the same QR when purchasing and receives a reward for the consumer → scan logged in system.
QR Code Status Tracking
- If a QR code has been scanned in some but not all assigned programs, its status will be shown as “Partial Used.”
- Once the QR code has been scanned in all eligible programs, its status will update in real time to “Used.”
- All QR code usage status and scan activities can be monitored directly by brands via the Tada dashboard.

- Ensures seamless tracking of scan activities and rewards.
- Helps brands run multiple campaigns efficiently without needing separate QR placements.

Register Member Directly from Dashboard
Now, Admin Dashboard can directly help complete the registration process for members whose status is still Pending. This makes it much easier for admins to manage member data and support members who have difficulties registering via app or web.
How It Works:
- Open Member Detail for any member with status Pending.
- Edit or complete missing member data.
- To update status to Registered, simply check the Consent Checkbox.
Important:
- By checking this box, the admin confirms that the member has already verbally agreed to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- The admin is responsible for ensuring that the member’s consent is valid and for maintaining compliance with regulations.
- If the goal is only to edit member data (without changing the status), just click Save without checking the consent box.
- Every update made to member data (including registration actions) will be recorded in the Members Log for transparency and tracking.
Key Points
- No more waiting for members to register via app/web — admins can now do it instantly.
- Consent Checkbox is mandatory for changing status to Registered.
Members who struggle with self-registration can now be fully supported by admins directly through the dashboard.
Manage Member’s Notification Subscription Settings from Dashboard
Now it’s easier than ever for brands to manage member communication preferences
Previously, members could only subscribe or unsubscribe from communication channels (such as SMS, email, or WhatsApp) through the app’s notification settings. This often made it difficult for brands to support members who wanted to opt-out from certain channels.
With this new improvement, Admin Dashboard can directly update notification channel subscriptions on behalf of members. For example, if a member no longer wishes to receive campaign updates via WhatsApp, the admin can easily disable that channel through the dashboard.
What You Can Do
- Subscribe/unsubscribe members from specific channels (SMS, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Support member requests quickly without asking them to adjust settings manually.
- Monitor and manage channel-level engagement more effectively.
- Stay in Sync: Any changes made by members in the app will also reflect in the dashboard, and vice versa.
