Greetings from our team! This month, we are thrilled to introduce game-changing improvements and updates that will redefine your loyalty program experience.

These enhancements were released on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. Here are the update details:


Limit Whitelisted Phone Number Recipients for e-Wallet and Phone Credit Top-Up Redemption for Each Member



We’ve rolled out a new enhancement to boost your security and prevent fraudulent activities.


Previously, users could top up any number of phone numbers for pulsa, data packages, and e-wallets in a single transaction. While this offered flexibility, it also posed risks for potential fraudulent activities as unauthorized numbers could be added without oversight.


To address this, we now require brands to submit phone numbers for registration. Only these registered numbers will be eligible for top-ups, ensuring all transactions are secure and authorized. While this feature enhances security, it is important to note that submitting registered phone numbers is optional, not mandatory.


Bonus Rewards Disbursement System Upgrade


We’ve significantly improved our bonus rewards disbursement system with the latest update, focusing on enhancing both reliability and accuracy.


Key improvements:

  • Automatic Rerun for Failed Reward Disbursements: This feature ensures that tasks are automatically retried if they fail, boosting the overall completion rate and reliability of our bonus rewards disbursements.
  • Prevention of Double Rewards: By eliminating the risk of double rewards, we ensure that reward distribution is both precise and fair.

These improvement is available for all bonus rewards type such as: Sign Up Reward, Birthday Reward, Topup Rewards, Level up Reward, etc.
