We’re excited to share two powerful updates that will make managing your members and store operations easier, faster, and more secure.
Merge Card – Change Phone Number & Transfer Benefits Instantly
What’s Changing?
Previously, when a member wanted to update their phone number within the same program:
- If the new number already had a card, brands couldn’t simply update it.
- A manual merge request through Tada’s internal team was required.
- This process was time-consuming and couldn’t be done directly from the dashboard.

Now, you can change a member’s phone number and merge benefits in one action — directly from the Tada Dashboard. No support tickets, no waiting.
After
How It Works
- Open the Member Detail in the dashboard.
- Edit the member’s Phone Number.
- If the new number already has a card in the same program:
- The system will automatically detect it and show a “Merge” button.
- You can merge and transfer: Points / Balance eVouchers Member Level Progress
Expiry rules:
- Points/Balance → follow the previous card’s expiry date.
- eVouchers → follow each voucher’s original expiry date.
System Transactions Generated During Merge
- Wallet Migration → Logged when points/balance move to the new card.
- Deassociated (Old Card) → The old card is detached but still searchable, so brands can view historical data if needed.
Finally, click Save and the merge is done!

Smarter, Faster, More Secure: Password & Store Code Management on Tada Partner
What’s Changing?
Previously, if you needed to reset a password, change a password, or unlock a store code, you had to:
- Contact our Customer Loyalty Team
- Wait for manual processing under SLA timelines
Now, all of this can be done directly from the Tada Partner App – giving you full control and faster resolutions.
Forgot Password – Instant Reset
- Tap Forgot Password on the login page.
- System sends a reset link to your registered store access email.
- Click link → set new password → done!
Password rules: min. 10 characters, at least 1 uppercase letter, at least 1 number.
Reset link valid 15 minutes. More than 3 failed attempts? Store code locked (but recoverable with Self-Unlock).
- Change Password – Quick & Secure
- On the Tada Partner home page, tap Change Password.
- Enter your Manager PIN (3 failed attempts → code locked, restore with Self-Unlock).
- Enter your current password and your new password
- Click Save → Password successfully updated.
- Self-Unlock Store Code – Unlock It Yourself
If your store code gets locked, you can now unlock it yourself directly through the Tada Partner app.
- Login → Click Request to Unlock.
- The system sends an unlock link to your registered store access email.
- Click the link → Store code successfully unlocked.
