Now members are able to redeem their points and rewards to pay for postpaid PLN billing in a few clicks. This new redemption option will be automatically available in your program. If not, ask our client representative team to enable this redemption option in your program.
Now your member can purchase the item / e-Voucher in your shop program by using QRIS. This payment method will only charge 0.7% MDR fee for every successful transaction and will be automatically available in your shop program. Please let our client representative team know if you do not wish to enable this payment method.

5. More Prominent Verification Code Sending Method Information in OTP Screen
We have improved the user experience in your app & web by having the verification code sending method information shown more prominently in the OTP Screen. This way, the user can easily check the OTP both through their SMS or Whatsapp.
6. New Question Type on Privilege Submission Dashboard
Since our surveys can include a wide range of question types, we have made some improvements to the privilege submission menu. With the increase in the number of question types, now all questions and answers from respondents can be seen from the privilege submission detail dashboard and will also be reflected in the download list.

7. Speed improvement in Dine-in & Delivery Menu
We realize that having the entire dine-in and delivery menus displayed on one single page would impact system performance. Now, with the new improvement, our system allows for menus to be displayed on several pages which results in speed improvement.
8. New Wording on SMS Redemption Verification & API Request OTP (POS Integration)
We have modified the wording for your redemption verification to make it simpler and to the point. So, now, if you are redeeming your points from Tada Partner or hitting our API Request OTP (POS Integration), you will receive this message:
"123456 is your verification code & valid for 5 minutes. Prevent frauds by NEVER sharing this code."
