All About Account Settings

Setting up your account is easy in Tada Apps! You can customize your account, you can change your account name, PIN, and Add, Edit or Delete your Address. So our app is convenient and super easy to use. However, for phone number, you can’t change it directly from Tada Apps for your own safety. But worry not, you can do it by contacting us at [email protected] and we will do it for you! And for email, you cannot change it for security reasons, so please enter the right email when you register and stick with it!

How to Change Account Name?

1. Open TADA app, tap the profile icon.
2. Tap on the “Edit Profile” button.
3. Tap on the name bar to edit your name.
4. Tap on “Save” button to save your edit.
5. TADA! You have successfully changed your account name.

How to Change Phone Number?

Your phone number cannot be changed through the TADA app. If you want to change your phone number, please contact the merchant/corporate who provides you with your TADA card.

How to Change Email Address?

Changing email addresses is currently prohibited.

How to Adding/Editing/Deleting Shipping Address?

1. Open TADA app, and tap the profile icon.
2. Tap on the “Manage Shipping Address” menu.
3. Tap on the “+” button to add a new shipping address.
4. Tap “Edit” button to edit an existing shipping address.
5. Tap “Delete” button to delete an existing shipping address.

How to Change PIN Number?

1. Open TADA app, tap the profile icon.
2. Tap on the “Change PIN” menu.
3. Input your current PIN.
4. Create your new PIN.
5. Re-enter your new PIN.
6. Congratulations, your new PIN has been set!

How to Change Data from the Registration Form?

Previously, members can only edit their name, email, and gender on My Profile page. Now, members can edit the data that they already submitted before in the registration form through My Profile menu. But worry not! They can only edit the data that you allow.
