We always support you to work efficiently using our Apps, hassle-free for your operation team! We have put a search suggestion feature in our Tada Partner Apps, we will suggest the SKU, Category, and Item Name in the dropdown list that match the 3 digits that you wrote. The suggestions given are based on the SKU, Category, and Item name that the cashier entered before. It is easier so the cashier does not have to input all of the characters, they just need to type the first 3 digits and our app will give you suggestions. Try this and follow the following steps:
- Open our Tada Partner App
- Press “Top-up or Tambah”
- Fill in the information needed, and try to fill in the menu name or SKU. Our app will suggest after 3 characters input, the suggestion will be based on the SKU, Category, and Item name that the cashier entered into our system before. Then choose the one that you want to input
