This amazing feature allows your members to utilize their loyalty points as a payment by using QRIS, granting them access to over 28 million merchants all across Indonesia. This feature will greatly enhance your members' engagement as it encourages them to collect and transact points, thereby increasing retention! (available for Indonesian region only)
Here’s how members can use this feature:
- Go to your membership card
- Click “Scan QRIS”
- If this is your first time, you would need to link your DOKU account and allow access to your device’s camera
- If that’s done, all you need to do is point toward the QRIS!
- Input the amount to be paid and click “Continue”
- Choose which point you want to use to pay (if you have more than one wallet) and confirm the payment
- Input your PIN (gotta be safe😉)
- And done! You can check your past transactions in the “History” button
