Setting up your account is easy in Tada Apps! You can customize your account, you can change your account name, PIN, and Add, Edit or Delete your Address. So our app is convenient and super easy to use. However, for phone number, you canβt change it directly from Tada Apps for your own safety. But worry not, you can do it by contacting us at info@usetada.com and we will do it for you! And for email, you cannot change it for security reasons, so please enter the right email when you register and stick with it!
Question: Change Account Name
Answer:
- Open TADA app, tap the profile icon.
- Tap on the βEdit Profileβ button.
- Tap on the name bar to edit your name.
- Tap on βSaveβ button to save your edit.
- TADA! You have successfully changed your account name.
Question: Change Phone Number
Answer:
Your phone number cannot be changed through the TADA app. If you want to change your phone number, please contact the merchant/corporate who provides you with your TADA card. Or you can also reach TADA Customer Service at info@usetada.com to help you.
Question: Change Email Address
Answer:
Changing email addresses is currently prohibited.
Question: Adding/Editing/Deleting Shipping Address

- Open TADA app, and tap the profile icon.
- Tap on the βManage Shipping Addressβ menu.
- Tap on the β+β button to add a new shipping address.
- Tap βEditβ button to edit an existing shipping address.
- Tap βDeleteβ button to delete an existing shipping address.
Question: Change PIN Number
Answer:
- Open TADA app, tap the profile icon.
- Tap on the βChange PINβ menu.
- Input your current PIN.
- Create your new PIN.
- Re-enter your new PIN.
- Congratulations, your new PIN has been set!
Question: Change Data from the Registration Form
Answer:
Previously, members can only edit their name, email, and gender on My Profile page. Now, members can edit the data that they already submitted before in the registration form through My Profile menu. But worry not! They can only edit the data that you allow.
