What to Do When My Order Has Not Arrived?
- Make sure that your shipping address has been inputted correctly. You can track your order through the “History” menu or through our delivery vendor website.
- Estimated time of arrival for physical item from TADA delivery is as follows.
- Jakarta : 3 - 4 working days
- Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi : 4 - 5 working days
- Other cities in Java : 8 - 9 working days
- Sumatera and Western Indonesia : 9 - 10 working days
- Kalimantan : 9 - 10 working days
- Sulawesi and Central Indonesia : 9 - 10 working days
- Papua and Eastern Indonesia : 9 - 10 working days
