Let's get started, here are the steps that you need to do to register and log in to Tada app so you can enjoy the best customer loyalty platform! Enjoy! Just follow these steps:
I. Reward from Corporate
- Download TADA application from Google Play Store or AppStore
- Log in with your phone number
- Enter the OTP code. Please note the following:
- OTP code from SMS will be automatically input
- OTP code from WhatsApp has to be manually input in the OTP code column
- OTP code is confidential. DO NOT share it with anyone
- OTP code is only valid for 4 minutes before it expires and you will need to request another code
- Requesting OTP code more than 2 times will result in account being locked for 24 hours
- Click ”Add Card”
- Click Scan QR on the top right corner.
- Scan QR code on physical TADA card or manually enter the 16-digit code on your TADA card
- Fill in the registration form
- Activate card. The card is ready to use
II. Membership or Subscription Program
- Download TADA application from Google Play Store or AppStore.
- Log in with phone number
- Enter the OTP code. Please note the following:
- OTP code from SMS will be automatically input
- OTP code from WhatsApp should be manually input in OTP code column
- OTP code is confidential. DO NOT share it with anyone
- OTP code is only valid for 4 minutes before it expires and you will need to request another code
- Requesting OTP code more than 2 times will result in account being locked for 24 hours
- The card will automatically appear in TADA app.
- Fill in the registration form
