You have questions regarding Point System?

Q: What are the point mechanisms available in Tada App?

A: Point earn could be calculated via total transaction (percentage or divider), SKU, Purchase Bundle Product, Store Location, or Quantity.

Q: The Point would be displayed in a form of?

A: The point could be displayed in several ways and it can be adjusted based on the merchant's need. We will provide the display that you need.

Q: What are the differences between the top-up rate and redeem rate?

A: Top-up rates are values that could be set to add points. While redeem rate is a value that is set for redeem conversion (redemption rate per point or it could be used as a conversion point value for each item)

Q: How to set a good top-up rate?

A: We could set the top-up rate based on the average customer transaction.

Q: How to set a good redemption rate?

A: The redemption rate is usually set based on the brand’s marketing budget, our recommendation would be 3-5% of the marketing budget. If the brand wants to have a flexible redemption rate, the value per point could be set as 1:1.

Q: For points that expire, is it accumulative or there is any other mechanism?

A: There are expired mechanisms that exist for points as below;

  • Normal: Point will be counted from the last transaction
  • Layer: Each point has its own active period
  • Fix date: All points will be expired on a specific date\
  • No Expired: point does not have expired date

Q: If the layer point mechanism is used, does the point can be mixed with other points?

A: Yes it can!

Q: Is it possible to limit the point top-up?

A: Yes it could be, meaning no matter how much the member transaction is, the brand could set the maximum point member can get.

Q: Is it possible to implement leveling? Is there a limit for the number of levels the brand could set?

A: Yes it is possible, our recommendation is to not have too many levels. Since it could make the member flow quite long.

Q: Is it possible to implement card level?

A: Yes it is possible to implement card level.

Q: Is it possible to set a different benefit for each level/tier?

A: Yes it is possible, every level could have a specific top-up rate and a birthday reward, but with the same redemption rate for all levels.

Q: Does downgrade level could affect points?

A: Nope, it will just affect the benefit that could be used by members.

Q: Could we change the icon level?

A: Yes, of course! The brand could prepare a design with 150 x 150 px with a maximum size of 150 kb.

Q: Is it possible to display a member’s wallet as cash?

A: Yes it is possible. The wallet can be displayed as cash, point, or stamp.

Q: What are the differences between level-up criteria and retention criteria?

A: Level-up criteria is a minimum condition that members should fulfill to move to a higher level. While retention criteria are the minimum transaction that the member should do to be able to stay at the same level.

A: Top up rate adalah nilai yang diset untuk sistem penambahan point.

Redeem rate adalah nilai dari satu poin (redeem rate juga akan digunakan sebagai nilai konversi harga redemption items).

Q: Bagaimana menentukan top up rate yang baik?

A: Untuk menentukan top up rate dapat dilihat dari rata-rata transaksi per customer.

Q: Bagaimana cara menentukan redeem rate yang baik?

A: Redeem rate ditentukan tergantung dengan marketing budget brand, rekomendasi dari kami adalah 3-5% dari marketing budget. Jika ingin memiliki flexible redeem rate, nilai per poin dapat diset 1:1.

Q: Untuk masa expiry point, apakah hanya bisa secara akumulatif atau ada metode expired lainnya?

A: Untuk mekanisme expired ada

Normal: poin akan dihitung dari transaksi terakhir

Layer: setiap poin memiliki masa aktif sendiri

Fix date: semua poin akan expired di satu tanggal tertentu

No Expired: poin tidak memilki tanggal expired

Q: Jika set expiry nya Layer, apakah pointnya bisa digunakan gabungan?

A: Bisa.

Q: Apakah bisa set max top up point?

A: Bisa. Jadi sebesar apapun transaksi member, poin yang akan didapatkan adalah poin max yang sudah diset.

Q: Apakah bisa ada levelling? Berapa jumlah maksimal level?

A: Bisa, rekomendasi dari kami untuk jumlah levelnya jangan terlalu banyak, karena akan membuat flow member menjadi sangat panjang.

Q: Apakah bisa ada card level?

A: Bisa.

Q: Apakah benefit setiap level bisa berbeda?

A: Bisa. Setiap level bisa memiliki top up rate dan birthday reward yang berbeda. Redeem rate sama untuk semua level.

Q: Apakah downgrade level akan mempengaruhi poin?

A: Tidak. Hanya mempengaruhi benefit yang dapat digunakan member.

Q: Apakah icon level bisa diganti?

A: Bisa. Bisa disiapkan design dengan ukuran 150 x 150 px, dengan max size 150 kb

Q: Apakah wallet member bisa ditampilkan sebagai cash?

A: Bisa. Wallet bisa ditampilkan cash, point, atau stamp.
