Do you have questions regarding Redemption?

Q: What redemption could be done?

A: Open loop (Tada Catalog), Close Loop (Brand Catalog). Voucher %, Amount of Value, or Free Item

Q: For physical item redemption delivery, could it be cash?

A: Yes it can, but only if the member point already finished

Q: Does voucher could be used in the web or e-commerce?

A: Yes, you can use in several platform. Currently TADA Voucher only integrated with Shopee, so to use it on other e-commerce or web, brand should prepare the voucher code for each voucher redemption.

Q: Is it possible for member to use their point to shop?

A: Yes of course they could.

Q: Is it possible to set voucher only available in several outlets only?

A: Yes absolutely can!

 

 

Q: Redemption bisa apa saja?

A: Open loop (TADA Catalog), Close Loop (Brand Catalog). Voucher %, Amount of Value, atau Free Item.

Q: Untuk pengiriman redemption fisik apakah bisa menggunakan cash?

A: Bisa. Tetapi hanya ketika point member sudah habis.

Q: Apakah vouchernya bisa dipakai di web atau di ecommerce?

A: Bisa. Tapi saat ini untuk voucher TADA baru terintegrasi dengan Shopee, jadi kalau voucher mau dipakai di ecommerce lainnya atau web, anda harus menyiapkan voucher code, dengan jumlah yang banyak untuk setiap voucher redemption.

Q: Apakah member bisa menggunakan pointnya untuk belanja?

A: Tentu saja bisa.

Q: Apakah voucher dapat di set hanya available di beberapa outlet saja?

A: Ya, tentu bisa.
