You have questions regarding Subscription?

Q: For the subscription program, does the payment should be done in the beginning to get the digital card?

A: Yes, the prospective member will be directed to do the payment at the beginning of membership.

Q: Does subscription payment should be done via cashier?

A:  No, the payment is available online and offline.

Q: What is the difference between online and offline payment?

A: For online payment, the customer will be directed to access a specific link, then the customer should fill out the registration form. Then, the customer will be directed to do the payment through the available payment gateway, after that customer will automatically get the digital card with the subscription benefit inside.

For offline payment, the customer will come to the cashier and do the payment for a subscription. Then, the cashier will add the digital card to the customer account based on the number.

Q: For online registration is it possible if the subscription fee sent directly to the client? So the money does not have to go to TADA account first?

A: Yes it is possible, just contact our PM or CR so we could create Xendit sub-account for you.

Q: What subscription type of reward that TADA have?

A: We classified our subscription reward into four, which are:

  • At the beginning of the program: a reward voucher will be generated the start
  • Daily: reward vouchers will be generated daily
  • Weekly: reward voucher will be generated weekly
  • Monthly: reward voucher will be generated monthly

Q: If the e-voucher is not generated by the system, what should we do?

A: Please contact TADA customer service through the WhatsApp group.

Q: If a customer planning to give a bundle of e-vouchers at the beginning of the subscription, is it possible to limit the use of the e-voucher? For example, the member could only use 1 e-voucher a day?

A:  Yes, it is possible, the use of e-vouchers could be limited daily.

Q: If the subscription period has ended, how to extend the subscription?

A: Subscription extension could be done through the cashier or directly from the digital card

Q: Is there any notification regarding the subscription period is about to expire?

A: TADA will send a push notification on Day-14, Day-7, and Day-3 before the subscription period end.

Q: Is there any reminder notification to remind the user that the e-voucher is going to be expired?

A: Yes, there will be a reminder notification for e-vouchers Day-14, Day-7, and Day-3 before they expiree.

 

 

Q: Apakah program subscription harus melakukan pembayaran diawal untuk mendapatkan digital cardnya?

A: Iya. Calon member akan langsung diarahkan untuk melakukan pembayaran

Q: Apakah pembayaran subscription harus melalui kasir?

A:  Tidak. Untuk melakukan pembayaran bisa dilakukan offline dan online.

Q: Apa bedanya pembayaran online dan offline?

A: Pembayaran online akan dimulai ketika customer diarahkan untuk mengakses link tertentu, lalu mengisi registration form. Setelah itu, customer akan diarahkan untuk melakukan pembayaran melalui payment gateway yang telah disediakan, baru secara otomatis akan mendapatkan digital card dan bisa mendapatkan benefit subscriptionnya

Pembayaran offline: Customer akan mendatangi kasir dan melakukan pembayaran subsriptionnya. Setelah itu dari kasir akan menambahkan digital card ke akun customer melalui nomor.

Q: Apakah pendaftaran secara online bisa langsung diarahkan untuk masuk ke rekening client tanpa harus uangnya masuk ke TADA terlebih dahulu?

A: Bisa. Caranya bisa contact ke PM atau CR agar bisa dibuatkan sub-account Xendit

Q: Apa saja tipe reward subscription?

A: Kami mengklasifikasikan tipe reward kami menjadi empat, yaitu;

  • At the beginning of program: reward voucher akan di generate di awal
  • Daily: reward voucher akan update setiap harinya
  • Weekly: reward voucher baru akan di update 1 minggu sekali
  • Monthly: reward voucher baru akan di update 1 bulang sekali

Q: Apabila e-Voucher tidak tergenerate dari Sistem, apa yang perlu saya lakukan?

A: Silahkan contact customer Service TADA melalui grup whatsapp yang tersedia

Q: Jika e-Voucher yang diberikan hanya diawal pembelian subs secara bulking, apakah bisa dibatasi penggunaanya. Misal 1 e-Voucher hanya bisa dipakai 1x setiap harinya

A:  Bisa. e-Voucher bisa dibatasi pemakaian setiap 1 hari

Q: Apabila periode subscription berakhir, bagaimana cara untuk memperpanjangnya?

A: Bisa melalui kasir atau bisa langsung melalui digital card

Q: Apakah akan ada notifikasi jika periode subscription akan berakhir?

A: TADA akan mengirimkan notifikasi berupa push notif pada H-14, H-7 dan H-3 sebelum periode subs berakhir

Q: Apakah reminder notifikasi yang sama akan diterima jika e-Voucher akan hangus?

A: Iya. notifikasi reminder untuk e-Voucher juga akan diterima pada H-14, H-7 dan H-3 sebelum e-Voucher hangus
