Why Do I Have an Issue with my Order?

Don’t worry! Here are several things to do if you cannot proceed your order.

Having issues with your order? No worries, we are here to help you with any issues regarding your order! We divide these problems into three classification, including: Order Failed, Order Failed but Balance or Point already deducted, and Incorrect Order! Please find the information bellow:

Order Failed

Order failed occurs due to the following reasons.

  1. The item you order is out of stock or unavailable.
  1. Connection problem during the order process.
  1. Incomplete or missing data during the order process.

Order Failed but Balance/Point has been Deducted

If your balance/point has been deducted from your account but your order failed, you will get refund in 3x24 hours (working days). Rest assured!

Incorrect Order
