E-Voucher Transaction defined as the transaction made by the members using their e-vouchers on a specific merchant. The e-voucher transaction data can be filtered according to the start and end dates, e-voucher name, transaction ID, e-voucher code, and transaction types. More advanced filters can be implemented, such as filtering by customer name, phone number, approval code, store, and transaction status.
The e-voucher transaction data based on the applied filter will be displayed as a table below the “E-Voucher Transaction Filter” section. These data can be downloaded by the merchant for further usage. We have made some improvements to our e-voucher transaction page so it now has all the necessary information you want to see! If you send out multiple e-vouchers to your member and they redeem only one of the e-vouchers, you will be able to see both the single e-voucher code that was redeemed and the multiple e-voucher code that they got it from. So you know precisely which voucher they have used, and where did they get that voucher from. We have also added the recipient’s email under the customer column. Now you can easily track whose email did you send the e-voucher
