Here is how to redeem Multiple Digital e-vouchers Link

1. Members received the e-voucher by SMS, Whatsapp, or email. Just open the message and click the link.

2. Input the 6 digits number from the same message

3. Choose the voucher you want to redeem

4. Click Gunakan Voucher/Use Voucher to claim your rewards

5. Your e-voucher rewards had successfully redeemed

6. You can go to your e-voucher link, and check another e-voucher you can redeem.

Here is How to Redeem this Multiple E-voucher for Physical Item Link

1. Members received the e-voucher by SMS, Whatsapp, or email. Just open the message and click the link.

2. Input the 6 digits number from the same message

3. Choose the voucher you want to redeem

4. Here you can read detailed information about the product. Click Gunakan Voucher/Use Voucher to claim your rewards

5. Fill Personal data form and click Tukarkan

6. Tada! now you successfully redeem your physical item rewards and the rewards will be sent to your address.

Now we have integration with Traveloka, we have a Traveloka voucher now and this voucher could be redeemed into Traveloka points! Just follow the following steps to make it happen:

1. Member will get an SMS/Email containing the redemption link and PIN inside and simply press the given link!

2. Enter the 6 digits PIN received in the SMS/Email

3. E-Voucher will be shown and you can redeem it directly by pressing the “Tukarkan”/”Redeem” button

4. Insert the number Phone number

5. Press “Yes”/”Ya” to confirm the Garuda Miles top-up

6. You have successfully redeemed the e-Voucher, check your Garuda Miles will automatically be added.

1. Make sure you have received the e-Voucher link on your app/SMS/registered email.

2. Click on the e-Voucher link on your app/SMS/registered email.

3. Enter your 6-digit PIN if prompted.

4. On the e-Voucher page, you can see the Terms & Conditions and validity period of the e-Voucher.

5. Choose “Click to Use” to show the e-Voucher code that will be used/shown to the cashier/store. Make sure that this action is only completed when you have reached the cashier or are about to use the e-Voucher according to the Terms & Conditions, except for eCommerce e-Vouchers like Tokopedia, Blibli, Grab, etc. We are not responsible if the action is not conducted without the cashier as a witness.

6. e-Voucher code can directly be shown to the cashier/store and be used to deduct from total purchases except for eCommerce e-Vouchers that must be input manually in the column provided by the eCommerce app/website.

We have another voucher option for our users, it's the MAP point! You can exchange this voucher for MAP Club points! Now our user can give their member rewards in form of MAP points. Members can redeem this voucher and in a maximum of 2 days, MAP points will be added to members’ accounts. Redeem this voucher as the following step:

1. Member will get an SMS/Email containing the redemption link and PIN inside and simply press the given link!

2. Enter the 6 digits PIN received in the SMS/Email

3. E-Voucher will be shown and you can redeem it directly by pressing the “Tukarkan”/”Redeem” button

4. Insert the number and make sure the number registered as a member of MAP Club Point

5. Press “Yes”/”Ya” to confirm the MAP point top-up

6. You have successfully redeemed the e-Voucher, check your MAP Club Point in a maximum of 2 days. The point will automatically be added.

We have another voucher option for our users, it's the Garuda Miles Voucher! You can exchange this voucher for Garuda Miles points! Now our user can give their member rewards in form of Garuda Miles! Imagine how cool is that! Members can redeem this voucher and your Garuda Miles will be added directly. Redeem this voucher as the following step:

1. Member will get an SMS/Email containing the redemption link and PIN inside and simply press the given link!

2. Enter the 6 digits PIN received in the SMS/Email

3. E-Voucher will be shown and you can redeem it directly by pressing the “Tukarkan”/”Redeem” button

4. Insert the number and make sure the number registered as a member of the Garuda Frequent Flyer

5. Press “Yes”/”Ya” to confirm the Garuda Miles top-up
