Deposit Balance
The Deposit Balance menu is used to monitor and manage deposit balances directly from the dashboard. In this menu, users can view deposit movement history, including balance additions and deductions resulting from merchant transaction activities. Users can also download deposit reports for record-keeping and further analysis.
How to View Deposit Balance History
1. Click "See Detail" in the Deposit Balance menu.
2. On the right side of the page, use the available filters to review deposit data.
Available filters:
- Start Date: Beginning date of the search range based on deposit balance changes
- End Date: End date of the search range based on deposit balance changes
- Reference: Reference number
- Type: Type of deposit movement (Add or Deduct)
- Subject: Deposit movement subject (SMS fee, adjustment, refund, etc.)
3. Download deposit data by clicking "Download List".

How to Add Deposit Balance
1. Click "See Detail" in the Deposit Balance menu.
2. Click the green (+) button.
3. Complete the fields in the popup.

- Reference Number: Enter the desired reference number.
- Subject: Select the reason for adding the deposit balance from the dropdown list. This field is optional.
- Add Amount: Enter the amount of deposit balance to add in IDR.
- The added balance will appear in the Deposit Balance History.
How to Deduct Deposit Balance
1. Click "See Detail" in the Deposit Balance menu.
2. Click the red (-) button.
3. Complete the fields in the popup.

- Reference Number: Enter the desired reference number.
- Subject: Select the reason for deducting the deposit balance from the dropdown list. This field is optional.
- Deduct Amount: Enter the amount of deposit balance to deduct in IDR.
- The deduction will appear in the Deposit Balance History.
How to Configure Low Deposit Alert
Merchant deposit balances may change rapidly due to transaction activities. If the deposit balance is insufficient, certain transactions cannot be performed. Therefore, users can set a minimum balance threshold and receive email notifications when the deposit balance approaches that threshold, allowing them to top up before the balance becomes insufficient.
1. Click "See Detail" in the Deposit Balance menu.
2. Click "Low Deposit Alert Settings" on the left side of the page.
3. Complete the fields in the popup.
Note: The minimum floating balance for deposits is IDR 1,000,000. Deposit balances cannot be reduced below this amount.
- Threshold amount : Enter the minimum balance threshold. The system will send an email notification when the deposit balance falls below this amount.
- Email recipients : Enter the list of email addresses that should receive the notification. Multiple email addresses are allowed.
4. Click "Save" to save the settings.
How to Configure Deposit Allocation Settings
Users can allocate deposit balances across different buckets based on their needs. This allows better control of balance usage according to specific transaction categories or business requirements.
1. Click "See Detail" in the Deposit Balance menu.
2. Click "Deposit Allocation Settings" on the left side of the page.
3. Select "Yes" for deposit allocation by bucket.
4. The Deposit Balance menu will change accordingly. Review the deposit allocation and available buckets on the left side.
5. Click "+ New Bucket" to add a new bucket.
6. Enter the desired bucket name. Click "+ Add Bucket" to add additional buckets.
7. Each bucket has its own Low Deposit Alert Settings and Update Deposit Allocation configuration. These settings apply only to the selected bucket.
