Rewards Insight
The Rewards Insight menu is used to display various reward-related data and reports required by the brand.
How to Read Rewards Insight Data
- Overall Redemption Rate: Total redemption divided by total top-up since the program went live until yesterday (end of day).
- Overall Total Top Up: Total top-up amount in currency value from all members since the program went live until yesterday (end of day).
- Overall Total Redemption: Total redemption amount in currency value from all members since the program went live until yesterday (end of day).
- Overall Total Active Wallet/Balance: Total active wallet/balance from all members since the program went live until yesterday (end of day).
- Overall Total Expired Balance: Total expired wallet/balance from all members since the program went live until yesterday (end of day).
- Overall Number of Card Redemption: Total number of unique cards that have performed at least one redemption since the program went live until yesterday (end of day).
- Total Top Up: Total top-up amount in currency value from all members based on the selected date filter.
- Total Redemption: Total redemption amount in currency value from all members based on the selected date filter.
- Number of Redemption: Total number of redemptions within the selected date range.
- Item Qty Redeemed: Total quantity of items redeemed by members based on the selected date filter.
- Total Expired Points: Total number of points that expired within the selected date range.
- Average Top Up per Card: Total top-up amount divided by the total number of top-up transactions for each card that has performed a top-up.
- Average Redemption Value per Card: Total redemption amount divided by the number of cards that have performed a redemption.
- Average Item Qty Redeemed per Card: Total redeemed item quantity divided by the number of cards that have performed a redemption.
- Average Item Qty Redeemed per Member: Total redeemed item quantity divided by the total number of members with redemption based on the selected date filter.
- Average Number of Redemption per Card: Total number of redemptions divided by the number of cards that have performed a redemption.
- Category Redemption Ranking: Displays the top 10 categories most frequently redeemed based on redeemed item quantity.
- Item Redemption Ranking: Displays the top 10 items most frequently redeemed based on redeemed item quantity.
- Redemption Shipping Province Ranking: Displays the top 10 shipping destination provinces based on the quantity of redeemed items shipped to each province.
